SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 

We only deliver our honey to Europe (including the UK).

​

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. 

​

The product page clearly states the year (summer) in which the honey will be ready for shipping. A few days before shipment, you will receive an email stating that your honey is ready. On the day of shipment, you will receive an email stating that your honey is on the way.

​

Delivery time varies depending on the territory you choose as the shipping address. For Spain, Portugal, and France, delivery times usually vary between 2-5 working days.

Shipping times may vary and the shipment might be delayed due to factors beyond the control of our company. 

​

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES

​

Shipping costs 10€ in all of Spain EXCLUDING the Baleares Islands and the Canary Islands. 

​

Shipping costs 20€ for the rest of Europe, INCLUDING the Baleares Islands, Canary Islands, and the UK.

3. RETURN POLICY

​

All sales are final and non-refundable. Our honey is not eligible for returns. Thank you for your understanding.

4. DAMAGES 

​

BASI Bio Agricultura para la Sustentabilidad Integral is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
